Hi, I get serial lab draws here for my chronic health conditions. The phlebotomist with the curly brown hair and glasses at the union Rd in cheektowaga location, is always yelling and making nasty remarks at customers. There is also a man that works there in the afternoon. The man is always so KIND, personable and quick. Also, the African American girl that works there in the morning, is always helpful and kind. Only place I go. The best staff and service
Long time wait Very slow service
This place used to be amazing. Now EVERY time I come here they have you sitting and waiting. It’s ridiculous because they are having personal conversations while you wait.
Wasted several hours going to this lab two different times and both times they were closed when google maps said they were open. Once during the week and once on the weekend. UPDATE YOUR HOURS. They are not open on Saturday or Sunday.
