Dr office who likes to charge for anything they can – I was a patient there for seven years. I had average treatment by doctors and the wait time was always average. My big complaint with this office is they will charge you for anything. They love to do alot of testing which they do not need to get approval on as they only take BCBS PPO. I always felt like a number there and not an actual person. I had many issues with overtesting and charges.
Poor mental Health care-please look elsewhere! – My family member was sent to Linden Oaks after an overdose and got the WORST mental help care ever!!! The therapist/social worker did absolutly nothing to help with insurance issues and placement after being asked many times-she said it wasn't her area of expertise and referred us to no one. The therapist/social worker also told my family member and I that we were racking up quite a bill at $1350 a day, I don't think this guilt should be put on anyone ,especially someone who h... read more
