Jordan Platt, one of their managers, was handed his position by way of nepotism from my understanding and as always with nepo babies you get the worst possible blend of entitlement and ineffectiveness. Julia Kodis is an inconsiderate, HORRIBLE person who plays favorites instead of doing her job. Major concerns constantly go IGNORED & rules are never enforced to those causing harm & destroying the property. Instead of fixing the issues and doing something about the mold infested buildings and dangerous conditions, they send cease & desists to people that call them out for their lawful doings.
