Too bad doesn’t even respond to any complaints! I have sent them multiple emails, they don’t even care to respond!
👎 The Management company does NOT operate efficiently in regards to owners in need of repairs that require work-orders and superintendent care for exterior. Roof leaks and sheetrock wall repair are neglected and, put off. Upon said completion, I hired a painter for interior and trusted Julies word that exteriir was complete. They DO NOT oversee job sights and take months and now years to get work orders generated. THE ROOF LEAK HAS CAUSED FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE WORK I COMPLETED ON INTERIOR.
