Jordan Platt, one of their managers, was handed his position by way of nepotism from my understanding and as always with nepo babies you get the worst possible blend of entitlement and ineffectiveness. Julia Kodis is an inconsiderate, HORRIBLE person who plays favorites instead of doing her job. Major concerns constantly go IGNORED & rules are never enforced to those causing harm & destroying the property. Instead of fixing the issues and doing something about the mold infested buildings and dangerous conditions, they send cease & desists to people that call them out for their lawful doings. Worst living situation of a life time. These people are worse than a slumlord BY FAR
BEWARE OF JULIA KODIS!!. Do not live in any of these buildings especially Rock River Apts. They are infested with bugs, mice, and have leaks that they never fix. There is no way there is not mold in the walls. During the winter they let the heat fall lower then the legal limit and have had NUMEROUS violations. When you reach out their either do not answer or blame the resident.
