Kaled is not a management company. it is a collection agency. the only thing they manage is their bank account. They are loaded with bunch of incompetent people that have no clue about what they are doing. Even 1 star is too much.
I live at one of their properties in Rego Park. At this location we have had multiple cases of package theft. I had many of my package stolen. However, when I tried to speak to the building super and/or president, they keep telling me there is nothing they can do! Seriously? Why then do we have cameras all over the place? I simply requested to view the cameras as I know exactly when my package was delivered and then stolen. They keep telling me there is nothing they can do.
