In my eyes Kaleb pulled off the impossible. I had an older home that needed a lot of work with some unusual variables attached to it. He was an unrelenting work horse and I was inspired, amazed and grateful for his resolve. He was ultimately able to get me the asking price for my home without a hint of giving up. I believe Anyone selling there home would be lucky to have this man in there corner , I know I was.

I haven’t used Kaleb as a realtor, but about 8/9 months ago, just after the time change, I hit a deer on my hour+ commute home. Kaleb stopped behind me to make sure everything was alright and to go to pull the deer out the of the road. Can’t tell you about his realtor skills, but was a very nice person to encounter that day.

If you are looking for the utmost in a realtor, your search will end when you use Kaleb Yates. Kaleb was so helpful in my relocation to Texas. He kept me informed on everything and was always there when I had a question, along with other helpful information. Not only being the perfect realtor he is also a very kind and good person. Kaleb is awesome! He is great at what he does, he has a great strategy, he walked me through every step from figuring out what I wanted and what was reasonable. We went out many days and looked at tons of houses, giving his input on not only the nice things but also the negatives as well, he takes pride and integrity in what he is helping buy/sell.
