Thomas is a great inspector. Highly recommended. First time looking to buy a house and he explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand and treats you like he would a family member and looks out for you the best way possible. He takes his time, very honest and helpful when it comes to the big decision you make with the whole process of buying a house. 10/10 would have him be the inspector him again and again!

Tom Kunkle was great to work with! Very thorough throughout the whole process! As a person buying their first home, he made me feel very comfortable and more confident in moving forward. He taught me so much and treated me like his grandson, as he said. His prices are great and I would recommend him to everyone.

Tom's home inspections are very detailed and thorough. He's anything but quick—and I mean that in a good way! I've used inspectors in the past who are in and out in a couple hours or less. Tom, however, spent about 6 hours on my brother-in-law's house and then went over his findings with us. He gave us a lot more than a simple checklist with pictures.
