Tom is extremely thorough. I've used him for my own home purchase, and was pleased enough to refer him to both of my sons when they purchased homes. Net result - ZERO surprises after three inspections and purchases!
Thomas is a great inspector. Highly recommended. First time looking to buy a house and he explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand and treats you like he would a family member and looks out for you the best way possible. He takes his time, very honest and helpful when it comes to the big decision you make with the whole process of buying a house. 10/10 would have him be the inspector him again and again!
Tom Kunkle was great to work with! Very thorough throughout the whole process! As a person buying their first home, he made me feel very comfortable and more confident in moving forward. He taught me so much and treated me like his grandson, as he said. His prices are great and I would recommend him to everyone.
