This place is a joke how is the project manager try and kick someone out but to this lady's boyfriend coming to visit her because the women that lives above her has beef with this lady she calls the office saying she has company in and out all hours of the night the lady use to be homeless drawing a check so she goes and get an apartment at Kalea been there two months on time with rent and never steps foot outside lives alone I had to bring her home from er tonight for reasons unknown only to find an eviction notice on her d... read more
This place is terrible. The manager is afraid to handle complaints & will hide or not answer your call. The maintenance is a joke ! The main problem is that when i moved here I had reserved parking because we only have a few spaces in the back. Without notice or warning they put a sign out writtn on a folder staing that parking was open. Now tenants boyfreinds, live-in & guest park overnight & all weekend taking what was once our parking.
