Do not do business with their Realtor, Mucahit "*****" Gundogdu. He uses intimidation and harasses women. I had to file a police report so he would stop texting and calling and using profanity. Unprofessional and a bully.
One of the agents go this firm stole my money they said *********************** is not agent but YES she is or was part of this company. I tried spoke with some people but they DONT CARE she asked me for money to an ******* deposit and now she dont want to pay and also the company is not responding about this. My husband and I are very sad how they play with people.
We had a lease with Kale in Bridgeport. Their property management was terrible. It regularly took us two to three weeks to have problems fixed in our apartment. They started a construction project in our basement with no explanation; it left our laundry room filthy and the project itself was left incomplete for months. As part of this project, they removed a small window in the basement and left the gap open for months. I'm very sorry this client had this experience, however this is not a Kale Realty customer nor is it a Kale Realty property. We have real estate agents and brokers who work with clients, but best we can tell, this individual was not one of our brokers's clients. That being said, we'd encourage this tenant to reach out to their property management company to resolve these issues. We're not sure who the property management firm is for this building, and we wish we could be of more assistance.
