Editing my review because this place is actually great, but the Karen, who is arguing with them about gift cards gets one star.
Never been my favorite location but was highly disappointed to get my Italian breakfast sandwich and see that there was only a few pieces of arugula on it :/ wasn't super busy or anything and no one mentioned being low on ingredients when I picked it up and definitely expected more out of an $8.50 sandwich.
The cashier was very kind and quick to help. I waited much longer than I should have for my drink since the rest of the staff was just standing around talking. Then my drink was made incorrectly because they were talking and not paying attention to the orders on the screen.
The manager, and the entire staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They take great care of their customers and provide excellent service. Reward them.
