Terrible management. They have no control over tenant violation, despite all photos, videos and additional evidences . They never follow up about small or major tenant issues, such as domestic violence, mental Illness, property damage or tenant safety.

This company manages the large property neighboring the building where I live. Despite multiple requests for the property manager(s) to contact me regarding excessive janitorial noise, daily use of leaf blowers, late night dragging if metal dumpsters and rolling plastic garbage cans, not one person has returned my request for communication to discuss a possible solution for the problem.
