I have worked with Kevin a couple of times and he is an absolute class act. Getting a good home inspector is critical to making an informed choice about buying a home, and you can’t afford to go wrong. Kevin is knowledgeable, thorough, methodical, doesn’t rush, and ensures that he fully explains his findings. Even better, he’s certified (that’s right, anybody can call themselves a “home inspector”...make sure yours is certified).
