Let me start by saying in the 12+ years & multiple stylists that I've been getting highlights from, I have never complained. I'm new to the area & booked an appointment 1 month in advance for a full head of highlights. When I arrived for my appointment, Kala was juggling 3 other clients at the same time. She did an extremely sloppy job & sent me home. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home & got a good look at it. I had a wonderful time going with my sister and mom to get my haircut and color. The color is outstanding and a great haircut. I highly recommend anyone wanting to get color go to this hair salon!
