Terrible service, rude staff that exhibit a poor attitude. Sitting on their phones pretending that you don't exist!! Two people working but only one behind the counter?? Doesn't make any sense. The interior is filthy, and very very limited selection of products as far as tanks, box mods and juices. They mainly sell their in-house juice which has a few good flavors but mostly shitty over sweetened trash. I live out of state, but Ohio is my home state. Everytime I'm home and I need juice, I go here. They always have the flavor I'm looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous.
If there was an option for 0 stars that's what I would give this place! Go in to see if they know why or what is causing my vape to "spit" and the dumbass working just looks at me with a dumbfounded look on her face. Like if you don't know anything about vapes, why the hell work at a vape shop!! Thanks for wasting my time! Appreciate it!
Stopped into Kalamazoo vapor today had already had ur guys strawberry milk that I bought off someone second hand and I loved it and now that I live in the area I figured I had to stop and check it out and I wasn't disappointed the shop was great the people were very friendly and helpful and talked to me like a friend this place really rocks I bought 5 30ml bottles and I am impressed with all the flavors thank you guys so much for the great experience and I will be a return customer for a long time
I have gone to 3 other Vapor shops in the area then accidentally found Kalamazoo one day now I won't go anywhere else. Everyone that works there are on their game knowledgeable, friendly and even when they are a little busy they still go out of their way to help in any way that they can. Returns aren't a problem ever. I love the flavor of the month choices because it gives you the opportunity to try different flavors at a discount. Thank you all for what you do and keep doing it

The staff at the zoo in mentor are all friendly, helpful, and just plain awesome. I love to hang out there. We have alot of fun without drama, remember this is just vaping, let's all just have a good time. Vape on everybody from Big Jon.
