I needed a new glass for my tank and possibly a new mod as mine was fairly outdated. Gentleman was very kind and asked all of the right questions. He was able to identify the glass immediately and luckily, had one in stock. I also upgraded to the newer version of my current mod so I walked out with a brand new set-up with absolutely no issues! I love Kalamazoo and I will always take my business there. Awesome, friendly staff!
