Dr. Fox does a very thorough examination. She was very patient, professional, and answered all of our questions. The office is clean, office staff is very helpful and the frame selection is amazing! My daughter is thrilled with her new glasses, and her new optometrist. �
We just had our 1st experience with Kalamazoo Valley eyecare today. My son was a little nervous and a little anxious. Dr. Fox was absolutely phenomenal with him. I appreciated her professionalism and her ability to bring things down to a child's perspective. Her and her staff made my son feel at ease and as a mom, that's huge. I highly recommend Dr. Fox.
Both of my boys go to Dr. Fox and we have had wonderful experiences with her and her office staff. My oldest got bifocals at the age of 4 and has been a patient for 6 years now. He is ADHD, Autistic and has auditory processing disorder, making exams difficult. He requires a pretty specific course of treatment and we have been more than happy. Took my daughter here and it was a horrible experience. The doctor had no patience for my daughter. My daughter struggles with her attention span and listening to instructions. Basically my daughter has undiagnosed ADHD. For a doctor who specializes in children, especially children with hard cases, I expected much more graceful bedside manner. I suggest that if you have a hyperactive child that you go someplace else. Dr. Fox was also rude to my wife and myself.
We love Dr. Fox! She is so patient and good with our son who has special needs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a pediatric eye doctor. �
