Update: 10-29-2024 I recently vacated my unit, hated to leave it because they are a 24 hr entry storage unit. They are also very clean, well built, and very thought out in the way they were constructed! I never had any problems with the unit I had, and always had great service with this company. I used this storage facility for around 4 years until I just recently moved away, using different size units and multiple units during that time. You can tell the owners actually care here. They keep it very clean, are fast with communications and even had the asphalt redone 1 year, just showing how much they take pride in the business. They go above and beyond....plain and simple. This place is clean, secure, well thought out, and convenient. What I like the best is I have contact with an actual person, not a call center. I have been able to call on them in a moments notice and they have not only been able to accommodate me, but did it in such a way that made me feel that my problem was their problem. If you need storage, long or short term, come here.

I had a very good experience with Kalamazoo Storage and it was so easy to set up online. The facility and its units were very clean and the customer service was great!
