Dr. Katie has a gift for recruiting a truly magnificent team of people who deeply care about their patients and one another. Collectively, they'd give the proverbial well-oiled machine but here all the parts are delightfully relatable, hilarious and caring as they move together more like skilled dancers. Dr. Katie also has a gift for engaging when the rare problem arises beyond her control. I presented an especially thorny one yet she listened to my perspective and responded with real professional grace.
I was a new patient after my previous dentist retired after going religiously every 6 months. They took x-rays and told me that I needed two crowns and three fillings. I went back to my previous dentist office and had new X-rays done and no work was needed. My husband had similar situation when he established with the office a few years prior. I don’t trust this office at all.
This is one of the best dentist that I have ever been to. They were very caring, very gentle and I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve never felt so at ease as I did at this dentist office, and the doctor was so nice I wasn’t nervous at all. So if anybody out there needs a new dentist, please go to Kalamazoo smiles. They are the best.
Such a great experience! I have waited far too long to get back to the dentist and I’m so happy this is who I chose to go with. The office is very clean and comfortable and everyone inside is so kind and welcoming. I was very nervous to get back to a dentist chair after waiting so much time has passed, and all of my worries have been put at ease thanks to Dr. Bandos and her team. I would highly recommend. For the first time I am actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment.
