Good experience. Front office was very efficient and Dr Safranski was good also in extracting the tooth. Very satisfied with service. Only problem was difficult to get an appt sooner but kept checking back on cancellations and got one.
1st receptionist was extremely rude. Luckily she went on break or something and a niced lady replaced her. However, I have been waiting an hour and a half for a consultation... I arrived early to my 9am appointment for paperwork. It's 10:06 now. The waiting room is filled. And they have not said anything to us. When I asked- 30 minutes ago- about what was wrong they said "plumbing". There are people waiting patiently. No one has said anything. This is ridiculous.
