Dont win an auction here. The unit will still be locked even when you get the key from the drop box. That wasnt an issue tho. I do give him credit he came out after hours and unlocked his original mistake. Cleaned out the storage unit within business hours and no one was there to give the deposit back. Called he said they are by appointment only which no where says that. Set up the appointment for the next day at 12. No one here. Call again and get a nonchalant ill be there in 15 minutes. If I could give no stars I would. My visit to kms was not pleasant considering that the manager was very rude and unhelpful and not properly prepared for her duties so with that being said I hope that upper management will address those issues.
