I had my initial appointment in october for my child. They then told me they would run a preauth on testing services for my child and then call me back. Instead of calling me back they sent me a discharge patient letter due to not scheuduling the next appointment however I was waiting on them to call and set up the testing because apparently only one person in office deals with this task after preauth is ran. This place is ridiculous. I have been trying to get my child in for PCIT & we were referred here by the doctor due to specifics on insurance & them being one of the local ones who accepted the said insurance. They had gave us the run around initially - telling me they do not accept her insurance, then telling the social worker at the doctors office that they do.
