Cancel appointments without informing clients and when asked about it refuse to give documentation of these cancellations or the reason given stating things like they have the right to cancel any appointment which may be true but also means their completely unreliable and not focused on children or family's health.
I had my initial appointment in october for my child. They then told me they would run a preauth on testing services for my child and then call me back. Instead of calling me back they sent me a discharge patient letter due to not scheuduling the next appointment however I was waiting on them to call and set up the testing because apparently only one person in office deals with this task after preauth is ran.
