The staff here are exceptional. They explain puppy/kitten schedules great and really make you understand vaccines. Great place. 5+++
I have been a client at Kalamazoo Animal Hospital for over 10 years. I have always received a warm and courteous welcome and my furry companions have been treated with knowledge and compassion. I am also a foster mom for rescue and the care and treatment of my numerous guests has been superior. This veterinary hospital is one of the best that I have ever been to. The entire staff was wonderful. They greeted me and my dog as soon as we walked in the door, they made my dog feel comfortable and took their time with him. The nurse was very thorough and explained everything to me, I knew exactly was going to happen with my dog today! Dr. Kautzer was our Vet and she was fantastic! Kalamazoo Animal Hospital Never go here ever! 1. They charge $49 for the call fee to make a appointment. 2. They charge $107 for a X-ray 3. They rush you out the door Mapleview Animal Hospital in Holland 1. They DO NOT charge any fee for calling and making a appointment. 2. They only charge $75 for a X-ray and that's it, no hidden charges. 3. They DO NOT try to rush you out the door, and seem to care more for their customers.
