Very good work and stand behind their work. I can send my wife in with the car and she will tell them to fix whatever needs to be fixed and I don’t have to worry about them fixing items that aren’t broke or padding the bill. Very trustworthy and have been using there service for about thirteen years.
Just auto parts an easy repairs Get your auto parts there, nice enough guys and I'm sure they're fine with minor repairs, but skip them re a more skilled repair. They did a minor tune (8 plugs) and replaced 2 coils, charged $600 (yep you read me right-could have replaced all coils and everything else suspect) and we now have an intermittent problem that I didn't have before. They couldn't solve. Engineer that didn't have time but does now. I might add they didn't say sorry we couldn't solve it which isn't a good sign.
Honest, Helpful Auto Repair My college daughter was on her way home for the holidays when her car engine died on the highway. She called us and we figured out her location and contacted Troy at Kalama Auto Repair. He assisted to get her vehicle to safety and helped with a car rental recommendation once we realized that her car was not going anywhere. Great Customer Service This little mom and pop auto repair and supply store is a great asset to a small town like Kalama. The owner is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to see that his customers are happy. Prices are good, too. Could use an extra counter person just so the owner isn't so overworked.
