horrible customer service. all reps have this negative attitude and they seem to never want to assist customers. don't bother buying their items... when you call , you will be transferred to their voicemail 20 times. I had to keep recalling until someone picked up only to be rude.
We buy from a lot of vendors here at Design Associates, and ALWAYS get top notch service from Kalalou. We just received an order yesterday that only took four days to get here via common carrier. Cute stuff, reasonably priced!
