I absolutely love this place. Super accommodating and affordable. Not only did they fit me in same day last minute because my daughter hair stylist canceled last minute. They spent 5 hours giving her the braids and style she wanted and it turned out amazing! She is super picky about her hair and can always pick out something she doesn’t like. Kalajula Braiding is one of a kind! In Harrisburg, there are very little choices black owned businesses or hair salons so this is a great landmark! The owner , Kadija is so sweet and so are her hairstylist! They are very professional and provide so many options!
I took my daughter too kalajula Braiding llc. I have to say that it was on a saturday evening. When we walked in, we spoke to the manager. (Khadijah) who was very helpful and pleasant? She truly cares about her clientele. She looked at the Viking hairstyle that we wanted. Watched the video that I had on it. First I wanna say when I walked in i was blown away how Beautiful the shop was.i have never been in a braiding salon so clean, and decorated so beautifully.i loved everything about this salon.all the stylist were so friendly , very inviting,and professional. My stylist Amie was so gentle on my head, i have 4c hair.she handled it with care for sure.i was so relaxed.i was not in any pain .she did a phenomenal job. And she was fast too!
