Some people just should not be in healthcare. She is definitely one of them. I’ve never experienced such a callousness in healthcare before. I could go into a lot of detail, but I really don’t want to relive it. Beware
Kala was truly amazing! I can't believe how much time she took to explain every step of my care. I had to have spent an hour with her at an urgent care clinic.
