Dr Siva is the most unprofessional and rude doctor I’ve ever come across. Hangs up during calls and gives attitude just like the front desk receptionist. Both of them have issues. If you can’t deal with patients simply don’t work in the field. There’s many reviews here saying the same. He clearly has an ego problem but doesn’t know anything about any medical conditions. They really have to have a proper operator to pick up the calls and answer the questions. They are very bad in answering the phone calls. Not recommended to visit this place highly disappointed and very unprofessional. Please guys try others places there are many better doctors around in a medical clinics.
Dr. Siva has been my family doctor for 3 years now and I’ve got to say nothing but good things about him. He goes above and beyond when giving care and takes the time to thoroughly explain to his patients what exactly you are going through after diagnosis. I never leave reviews for doctors but he truly deserves 5 stars for being so kind, humble and caring. The front staff is always sure to accommodate last minute appointments which I truly appreciate. If you are looking for a family doctor definitely try Dr. Siva.
