This place is a joke. After getting loan approved for trailers Amandeep the salesman wouldn't pickup the phone or respond to when the trailers would be ready for pickup. Found out after 2 weeks they don't even have trailers. Don't waste your time with these people they will just waste your time and most banks won't even do business with them because of this problem.
Very bad service and employees
This is the first time I bought a semi truck at this location. It was a good experience here, the sale person Wei Si responds my message very quickly and professional. And she also had professional truck knowledge. She helps me to get a great deal for the semi truck. She can speak Mandarin and English. Hope this review can help you all.
If I could give negative stars I would! Bad service, unprofessional and just overall unethical. Pls do not go to this place. Wasted 2 weeks in a “deal” no response and when we show up they tell us that the dry van we were trying to buy was sold ! No call no nothing.
