Dropped a rental truck by for an oil change. The staff were courteous helpful and kind. The oil change was quick and I was on my way. Thanks Kal tire!
I came to your shop at 3:30 PM with my Super B for one flat tire repair and inspection of all tires. I was told to wait and that all necessary work would be completed. After waiting for almost 3 hours, your staff assured me they would stay until the work was done. However, at 6:30 PM, another employee told me they would only repair the flat tire and that I would have to come back another day for the inspection and tire replacements. The worst thing I've ever gone through. I took my SUV to the place to tell them my tire was losing air, but they said I needed to make an appointment. I was like, sure, after that I came to my appointment, and they said the air compressor was being serviced. I was like, alright, I'll wait. Then they said, do I have a lock nut?
