Great customer service and fast turn around for my leaky tire. KC and Mike are super in customer service.
I have been coming to this location for almost 15 years. I've bought at least 3 sets of tires over the years here. I carefully considered leaving this review. The appointments used to be timely. The service was fantastic. About 1.5 years ago things changed. All of the familiar faces I knew were suddenly gone. I'm not sure what happened, but I've had 5 different appointments since. I believe something has gone wrong each and every one of them, including not being notified by text when my car was done so I wasted time sitting ... read more
Easy drop off and no problem pick up.
Excellent service.. from the front desk to the service team. Dawson and all went above and beyond. They were extremely busy BUT it's worth the wait.
So slow not overly friendly
