For some context, I go here just for seasonal tire changes. No issues with the tire change work and staff are friendly. Only concern was when I was told that one of my rear struts was leaking and was given an odd explanation that didn't really make sense when I inquired further. On my own inspection, both rear struts were dusty with no signs of any fluid. 3 years later still going to this shop twice a year, there hasn't been any mention of this issue from any of the staff. Update: Visir 2: Went again for seasonal tire changeover. Sandeep and team were again excellent. Took old tires off from extra wheels, put winter tires on them and then switched from wheels and tires on the car. Packed the taken off ones in the Kal tire bags and loaded in the vehicle. I stopped going to this location when we moved to Maple Ridge a few years ago. I came back this fall because the service just wasn’t there at the other location, there was always some sort of complication. Sure enough this time there was a complication due to my last appt at the other location having lost a part on my last tire swap and either didn’t notice or just didn’t inform me.
