Thank you to Adrian at Kal Tire for going above and beyond to save our rental vehicle! With two bald tires, we weren’t sure it would make it back to Toronto. Adrian worked with Enterprise to find a solution and got us outfitted with four brand-new tires so we could safely get back on the road. Used this location 3 times over the past year and all 3 times were Sundays. My repairs were emergency in nature and the staff took care of my concerns extremely well. My last trip was Sunday the 16th and both the technician and the front desk men were outstanding. This is my go to place now. I hope the owner is able to recognize how good is team is.
Guess I should have looked at the reviews before taking my truck here for a wheel alignment. Couldn't just be happy of selling that to me they had to try to up sell a ball joint to me too saying it was very loose, good thingi didn't listen.A month after the fact cause I knew they were full of it,I just had my alignment done without any issues. Fool me once Kal tire but never again will I come to you.
Nice guys working there but the knowledge and level of service was not up to par. I had a popped tire, wall was damaged so it needed to be swapped for a new one. The first mistake was they told me they needed to replace two tires, then rotate them to the front since my car is FWD. My car is AWD, so this recommendation was poor. I visited the 716 SASKATOON STORE for the first time. Best experience at a tire shop I've ever had. The front staff are all friendly and awesome, and the work was done quickly and they communicated well. 10 out of 10 and I will be going to this store from now on! Thanks Kal Tire!
