Went in to change summer tires to winter. Tires were on rims and took 1 1/2 hours. Watched the staff walk around looking lost and untrained.
my kaltire 8th street experiance last week was very bad, i ask them to buy 1 nokian tire, the price first agent told me $200 , 2nd agent came in and printed me $420 for same 1 tire, i asked him why its high price rightaway, he said for putting in in ur car itll cost double price even without wheel balance and alignment, i rightaway left the branch , cause these guy wanted to empty my vallet, please people never go to these robbers, these ronbers deserve to close.
I had a good experience. The staff answered all my questions plus they were very personable. Both frontline and technicians. Pleasant surroundings. I would recommend the usiness just the same as a friend did for me. Smooth ride home.
Great job on explaining everything that they recommended needed to be done and what could wait. Thorough inspection was completed and they were able to explain it clearly and accurately.
