Nice guys working there but the knowledge and level of service was not up to par. I had a popped tire, wall was damaged so it needed to be swapped for a new one. The first mistake was they told me they needed to replace two tires, then rotate them to the front since my car is FWD. My car is AWD, so this recommendation was poor. I even asked if I needed 4 tires instead of 2 and they told me it wouldn’t be necessary. Second mistake is they quoted me for all season tires. I visited the 716 SASKATOON STORE for the first time. Best experience at a tire shop I've ever had. The front staff are all friendly and awesome, and the work was done quickly and they communicated well. 10 out of 10 and I will be going to this store from now on! Thanks Kal Tire!

Their tire guarantee of distance doesn't guarantee that the tire will last that distance. As a customer, it felt like they have found every angle to not fulfill the tire warranty. And that their reason for guaranteeing the distance the tires can go when selling their tires is very important, then say that the distance doesn't matter when their tires don't go that distance.
