First I was told the tires I needed were in stock but when I asked the price and I said that seems high, all of a sudden they had to be ordered. So I almost got the wrong tires! They brought them in quickly and mounted them quickly. Not sure I was supposed to pay $10 disposal fee though when I took my old tires with me!
Previously loved the service but today was abysmal. My wife and I came in to purchase 4 winter tires and rims for our RAV4. The 2 customer service people were engaged when we came in but did not acknowledge we were there. Then one got off the phone and proceeded to talk to another co worker and again did not acknowledge we were there or offer assistance. My wife asked for the manager but was told they were on break. When booking my appointment for new tires a week ahead of time, I asked to have my alignment checked, and to do an alignment if needed. I dropped off my vehicle at 11am. After 4 phonecalls back and forth(including me asking if the alignment was done, and was told the alignment was good) I got a call at about 345 saying my vehicle was ready.
