Great service, friendly staff, fair prices. Highly recommend this location
Terrific customer service. Replaced TPMs sensor under warranty and even apologized that they could not reset the sensor manually. I had to drive for couple kilometres to reset it myself. (Not exactly any hardship lol) car is perfect again thanks to Kal tire cambridge team.

They put one of my winter tires on in the reverse direction (photo). From google search, that forces water on the surface of ice to displace under the tire than away increasing potential for loss of traction. I had been noticing more frequent loss traction on the front right too. If I wasn’t observant one night, I could have been in much more serious trouble. I drove that way for at least 3000km before noticing something off about my tire marks. People are nice, and they were very willing to fix the problem during open time ... read more
