Had a nail in a tire on a Sunday...wasn't sure who was open...called Canadian Tire, they were all booked up...suggested Mr Lube...they said the patch they could do would likely not hold...suggested KalTire...called and got a 4pm apt. They fixed it and did not charge! Very happy with the courteous service and comfortable waiting room. Next time I need new tires, I'll be coming here.
Big shout out to the Cambridge Kal Tire location. Customer service was next level and tremendous kudos to the staff. Had a slow leak on my tire in which the team identified was due to a stuck nail. The service team patched it up and had me on my way. I'm sorry as I'm horrible at remembering names but the female at the service desk was incredibly friendly and customer oriented. I'm due for some new Winter tires in which I'll be coming back to this location. Thank you again!!!
Great service, fast friendly and cost efficient
Went in for an alignment, and they refused to do it because my tires were 'too old'-even though they have perfect grip and are in great condition. Funny enough, I had an alignment done last summer with the same tires, so their reasoning was clearly just a way to upsell me on a $1,000 set of new tires. When I declined, they conveniently 'recommended' me to another shop they know. Feels like a scam. Be careful -they'll try to get money out of you any way they can.
Came in on Monday morning with a leak in my rear tire. Even though they were busy, they got me in and in an hour. I was on my way. With no charge. Amazing people amazing customer service made my day.
