Got sold the same tires twice.Visited to get a price on some new rims and the Rep old me my 8 month old tires that they had installed needed replacing as they where "faulty and cracking". Said they where covered under warranty so I said OK....BUT I had to pay over $600 as the installation, balance, alignment was not covered under warranty. Had a tire that was low in pressure. Took it to Kal Tire on Dundas St W and they said there was a nail in the tire and could not be patched because of its location. They wanted to replace the two rear tires to match and I told them that I just need one since the treads in the other tires were rated green a month ago. After 2 days of not having the tire delivered I decided to pick up my car and topped up the air and took it to my dealer. This place is a scam - don't waste your time or money! Used them in the spring and then paid them to have my winter tires & rims stored over the summer. Called to book an appt to get the winters installed and that took over 2 weeks (because my tires were in storage). Showed up for the appt and they told me they couldn't install the winter tires (that I had paid them to store) because they were no longer safe (even though they were totally fine last winter).
