I’ve used this Kal Tire location twice. In the fall, I purchased a new set of Michelin winter tires and had an overall good experience, although my appointment was rebooked at the last minute and the vehicle was returned with dried mounting lubricant around the tires. My second visit was for a routine seasonal tire changeover and balance - which was again cancelled last minute and rebooked.
