All the recent 1 star reviews are here for a good reason, there seems to have been a change in management where their only goal is to make as much money as possible while neglecting to actually help their customers. They will do everything possible to up sell you on things you may not actually need and deny you the warranty on things you've already bought for made up reasons.
The mechanic accurately diagnosed the problem with my car and it was successfully repaired. So much so that I will return for any other future services and I also recommend them.
Broke the cap on my rims and never mentioned it. Just let me dive home with 3 caps. I dont know what else thet didn't tell me. Can't be trusted with something so important
Got sold the same tires twice.Visited to get a price on some new rims and the Rep old me my 8 month old tires that they had installed needed replacing as they where "faulty and cracking". Said they where covered under warranty so I said OK....BUT I had to pay over $600 as the installation, balance, alignment was not covered under warranty. After being told it was unsafe to drive on these tires I went ahead and got the same (brand) tires installed "as the new ones did not have the same problem". Went back to have my winter ti... read more
