Had a flat tire first thing in the morning as I was heading to work. Called Kal Tire and even though they were busy, they told me to come by as a walk-in. The check-in process with Aidan was smooth and professional — he made everything easy. I left the car with them and came back a few hours later to find they had found a nail in the tire, removed it, and fully repaired it for just $60. Live chat no longer works. Can’t call locations directly. Used to be great. Impossible now. Marketing response to my review in minutes, yet I have no response to my emails, live chat or phone calls. Completely backwards.
Awesome service, they got my car in early and made sure that I knew about their tire warranty. They walked me through what they did to my car and sent me on my way in less than 2 hours. I was amazed. Highly recommend location.
