Called to book for an appointment. Immediately tells me to hold and i waited for 5 minutes and eventually hung up. Called back,and when they answered, the guy just did not sound like he cared at all. If that's how you talk on the phone, then i wonder how you will treat my car. No wonder you have very low reviews. I'll take my business somewhere else.
I dropped off my car on Monday to have two tires patched and spoke with an employee who confirmed my appointment for 2 PM. By 5 PM, I hadn’t received an update, which left me confused. On Tuesday morning, I called to check on my car, and the employee informed me that while my keys were there, my car wasn’t worked on Monday and wasn’t scheduled for Tuesday either.
