Great service we had to get my wife's car towed on Saturday we found kal tire online unfortunately they only do tyres on weekend,but they had car fixed on monday will definitely be using them to get summer tires thank you

I have been a regular Kal Tire customer for years, but this last experience was so bad that I will never return and I strongly recommend others avoid this location. About a month ago I came in for my regular tire rotation and the technician told me the valve cap on one tire would not come off and that trying to remove it might damage the valve. They tried anyway, broke it, and then charged me almost 60 dollars to replace the entire Tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS) valve assembly that they themselves damaged. This tight ... read more
I went to Kal Tire yesterday for a repair. Andrea was amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was helpful in determining the safest option and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience with the technician who was working in the garage. He was not friendly, was not helpful and essentially ignored any questions we had. Thank you Andrea for your great service!
Looking to be disappointed? Looking to schedule an appointment weeks in advance for early in the day, and still have to wait 3-4 hours to get in because they don’t honor appointments, which you only find out when you show up? Looking to order tires, have them come in, go to pick them up and have the staff say, “you’ll have to come back another time, there are a lot of tires to go through to find it”, and have the staff just leave you standing there?
