Arvie is a total gem, super helpful and welcoming with great energy! Helped me diagnose a problem post my prior visit, I felt taken care of and it was done in a timely manner. I do not recommend their tire service. They broke a nut didn’t tell us and I was driving around and could have had my wheel fall off. My actual mechanic discovered this and I will never go back to Kal Tire. Bunch of kids learning to be mechanics at this shop
Just got serviced here a couple days ago, called the afternoon before requesting specific set of tires and these guys made it happen overnight with no hassle at all - they were flexible with scheduling and also caught an issue with the control arm on my car (something I knew of but didn’t mention to them) to which they called to inform me and ask if I’d like it repaired.
