Recommend do not go there without calling first they will send all tire techs (commercial) out on call outs even if they are still open. I showed up at 4:30pm still open until 6pm just for 1 retorque and front desk started take my info, then stopped and went back for 5 mins and came out and told me they just can't help me, sent all techs out. In my opinion this is poor customer service. I don't blame front desk I'm sure he didn't decide to keep no commercial tech on site and he was friendly enough.
We bought tires when the winter started and really they get back to us now that they don’t actually honour their warranty for the uneven tires wear on the tread. We also brought them back in the winter to change the type of tire and while they did it, the tech damaged the valve stem. We went back inside to tell them the tire was almost flat and they didn’t even come out to check it out. They wouldn't come out. Bought winter tires from Got an alignment done 3 times from them . Brought my car back because alignment didn't feel right. Was told the alignment was good and now my tires are bald on the inside after one season and they're telling me they can't do anything about it and they're the ones that did the alignment and told me everything was good. I suggest you go elsewhere for your tires and especially an alignment as I had mine done three times from them and now my tires are bald on the inside...just got off the phone with you'... read more
I had an excellent experience at Kal Tire and can’t recommend them enough. I came in with a flat tire and from the moment I walked through the door, the service was outstanding. Arvi at the front counter was welcoming, friendly and professional. He made the whole process easy and kept me informed every step of the way. Nick did the repair and his work was fast, efficient and clearly done with care.
