Shop took truck in on time and returned when they said it would be done ,very professional, shop is clean with a comfortable waiting area ,they installed new tires in just over a hour , very happy with the installation,,had chosen tires on line and booked the service at the same time ,all very seamless , I'll be coming back for new summer tires .
I left here in tears after being scolded by some older gentleman scolded me after asking for a quick torque. I was told to go to a tire shop to get this done so I did, and was met with rudeness - I have never experienced this anywhere before and I was extremely taken aback and in tears. I used to go here all the time for tires and torquing. Never had an issue at other locations. This is not the way to attract customers or business. I am incredibly upset and it was embarassing.
Like most I have been a customer for years. Today though, I was reminded of why. The customer service, attention to detail, and speedy service, all greeted with smiles and thanks, is why I will ALWAYS go to this location. Top Notch is an understatement. Thank you all and see you in the Spring!
I have been Kal Tire customer for some time now, just a different location. Living in St Albert, I decided to go local. Glad I did. Excellent customer service! Staff very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. Had my tire swap today. My current winter tires are 14 years old, so I've purchased a set of Hakkapeliittas (family favourite brand) which should be here in a couple of weeks. They make sure my car is safe in a timely manner and ask or give estimate for repairs coming up
