Went here for specific tires and was close to work and home. Sat for an hour to get the wrong tires and be told there was no one around to fix it after I walked out after paying. Mike did a great job to get this resolved however this did mean another day coming back which he did compensate for. If I got the experience the second time back the first time this would have been 5 star. Hope it was a 1 off service issue.

First time there last time there had a leak in my tire a previous shop didn’t do a very good job patching. took it to kal-tire on the weekend to get fixed. They told me they couldn’t fix the tire and that I would need to replace 2 tires mind you the tires are not even 4 months old! Come Tuesday the previous shop said they would fix their mistake and they did. So maybe be aware of these guys cause I almost had to spend $600 on tires for no reason they get 2 stars cause they didn’t charge me but still how is this possible!

I had a leaking valve stem. My dad took it in, the guy said to come back at 3:00, then stopped, asked to look at it. Said he could do it right then and there. He replaced it and did it for free. Was not expecting it to be free but was very impressed. Will be going there again!
