Brought in 4 new rims to have my Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT winter tyres mounted as I didnt want to keep swapping over my OEM rims. TPMS sensors were supplied, programmed and installed by Kal Tire. Great care was taken in mounting the tires with the work done quickly and correctly.
I have been a loyal customer of Kal Tire for many years, and the companies I work with have also maintained accounts with them. I came in looking for a set of tires as mine were BALD. the front counter staff were very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Gave me quotes and helped me select the best tires for my needs. At no point was there any pressure to buy or to pick the most expensive tires. No up sales, no sales tactics. Just honest support and wisdom. They answered all my questions and even very patient while I himmed and hawed. 5 star service! Thank you!
Usually this place is good. but I had when trying to cancel an appointment to reschedule for another the person kept telling me bye bye? I'll be going to a different KalTire now. Edit now reading the reviews especially about how they treat women I will discontinue coming to this place. Especially after interrupting a customer so rudely.
