Worst customer service ever. Waited in line for over 20 min to give my keys, not like it was busy, front desk workers look asleep when talking to you. Switch my summer tires to winter tires. 2 tires were put on backward ( wrong directional rotation) and none of them had weights on them meaning they didnt bother or forgot to balance them. Lack of attention to detail, and professionalism. Definately do not recommend unless you have time to loose.
My overall experience with this store has been very mixed, resulting in a major delay in getting my winter tires. Initial Consultation & Customer Service (5 Stars for In-Store, 0 for Online) I struggled with getting an accurate quote and fitment information online (0 stars), which was frustrating. However, when I came into the shop, the sales associate at the desk was excellent (5 stars). The service writers where helpful and listened to customers as they checked us in. Keep in mind this was first thing in the morning and there was a line. The service technician came up with two solutions for my vehicles issue and we discussed them and made a decision.
