He took 2 hours to fix a flat tire. I had an appointment. after I got the keys the sensor in the wheel didn't work and they had to spend another half an hour resetting the sensors.
Brad tracked me down in a parking lot based on the squeekiness of my wheel. He insisted on squeezing me in at this location to get the rock out of my rim on a busy Saturday at no charge. It is rare to be treated so well these days and it was hugely appreciated.
Do not use their website to book things. Call it in or your reservation will be lost like I experienced. I suppose the website even warns not to trust it. So......I booked a tire swap and wheel alignment for 2:00 and due to reservation being lost car didn't get attention until 3:15. And now I have to come in tomorrow for the alignment.
