Trustworthy, honest and reliable service every time.
Never again , brought two tires in to fix the leaks…. One was never charged/ fix …. I guess it’s to hard to keep track which tire you did ! But got charge for both !! If you want service go somewhere else !
I brought one of our vehicles in for tire changes on December 7, 2024 at Kal Tire on Falconbridge. We had also paid to store our tires with them. We take great pride in keeping our vehicles clean, so I was extremely disappointed to find that after the service, the interior of my vehicle was left in a mess. Dirt was wiped all over the door, steering wheel, horn, passenger seat, gear shifter, the starter button, etc. It was clear that no care was taken during the service. Customer service was not good, I got a call about my tires and the customer service associate was very rude and was trying to force me to buy tires. I'm. NEVER. GOING. BACK.
Service people are great with customers. Although when booked for appointment, you don't always go in at your time scheduled. 2hrs later is not reasonable.
