I really don’t want to be rude, but the customer service here is incredibly frustrating and needs to be addressed. I dropped my tire off yesterday at 10 AM to get a simple nail puncture plugged and was told it would be looked at by noon. I tried calling for an update, but nobody answers the phone at this location. I ended up having to show up in person at 3 PM, and they were only just starting to look at it then. I paid $67 and left. To make matters worse, I drove less than 10 km today and the tire completely blew out again.... read more
