Was straight up ignored when coming in, customer service is lacking.
I ordered new winter tires and scheduled an installation appointment, which I was reminded of via SMS. When I arrived for my 7:30 a.m. appointment, the store opened promptly and was fully prepared to provide service. I was greeted by a very professional and friendly clerk, who happened to be the store manager. The service technicians began installing my new winter tires right away.
