Went to this Kal Tire location twice in consecutive days. First time was to get a set of new tires on my sons RAV4. Heather at the front was a ray of sunshine from the get go. Work was done as expected and on time. The next day my wife had a low tire (leak). I called Kaltire again and got Heather. She got us in right away and the repair was done within 20 minutes. Tried to tell me my tire was separating & I needed a new tire when I had a slow leak assuming I just needed it patched. I took the car to the shop that I bought the tires from for possible warranty replacement as they weren't that old. They found no evidence of the tire separating whatsoever. They replaced the valve stem & it has lost no air since & been driving great. Go here if you want to be lied to.

I just wanna share how incredible Annamarie’s service was… I came in to get a flat tire replaced and was treated so well with her amazing customer service skills and she explained everything so thoroughly I only want to come to this store to get maintenance because of her.. she made the experience so much better!!

Called in at 4:45PM on July 11th, 2026. I understand it’s near closing but I wanted to get a quick quote on some tires, the lady who picked up almost seemed like she was pretending to not hear me and kept on screaming “Hello” with out any chance for me to even talk.Called back and was put on hold without any introductions, hung up on multiple times until the store was closed. Ended up getting a quote elsewhere due to the unprofessional experience I received by staff.
