Was here the other day, needed my tire patched after my son had just got outta surgery, they fit my car in right away and got it fixed and didn’t charge me and give my son some free things. I had such a wonderful experience and would 10/10 go to them again! They were so kind and caring, the whole team was and the atmosphere was also super nice!
Originally I dealt with the Kal Tire in Lacombe, and I just found out that my old shop is connected to this one! Anyway the service was quick (I had a nail) and with the AMA connection relatively cheap. I will definitely be dealing with them!
Disappointing service and inconsistent treatment. I went in on May 20 around 4 PM to buy four Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires and book installation. The counter staff took an unusually long time on a simple price match, going back and forth to the manager. I was eventually quoted and booked for installation the next day at 3:30 PM, with instructions to call at 1:30 PM since the tires had to come in from another warehouse.
