We had an unexpected emergency stop just outside Edmonton when our truck tire started losing air quickly on the highway. With a toddler, baby, pup, and all of our vacation gear loaded up, we were feeling pretty stressed pulling into Kal Tire in Leduc. Annamarie and the team immediately stepped in to help and had us safely back on the road in under an hour. Brought my vehicle in as it had a slow leak. They found the problem and fixed it. The communication with me and service was fast/efficient. I appreciate what they did for me. Definitely recommend this place.
Kal tire is usually a great place to go to for basic services... but not this location. I made the mistake of deciding to trust them with my BMW. At first, they ordered the my pirelli tires for me. The day of my appointment, they called me to tell me that the ordered the wrong ones. Rescheduled appointment. No biggie.
