Great service thank-you
Made me wait 3 and a half hours for a tire patch and they hadnt even started it at that point. Wasted my time and they didnt offer anything to make the ridiculous wait worth it. I got to go home after that crazy wait with no tire fixed and most of my day spent in a parking lot.
I had a great experience with this team. My car broke down, and since I was an out-of-town client they were able to prioritize getting my vehicle up and running again. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The receptionist was very lovely to deal with as well.
Big shout out to Ann Marie helping an outta towner. Bringing back old fashioned, care filled customer service!!! Thank you!
