Had a bulge in my tire still under warranty great service and took the car in after 10 minutes while I was there and change the tire I will for sure be buying more tires off of them for my vehicles in the future
Had a bent rim due to bad potholes in Sudbury. Was able to take me in. Replaces the rim and was charged a fair price. I would return.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Kal Tire in the South end. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely outstanding, especially from both Izzy and Jesse. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.
