He can handle both the informed customer who’s done research or the person looking for guidance. He does both with professionalism and integrity. Something that’s lost nowadays in a tire shop. The team in Williams Lake Kaltire may simply be the best group of automotive mechanics/workers I've come across. We had a brake caliper seize up and needed a quick turnaround. After being told there was no lift time for a week. We chose to leave our van anyway. 4 hrs later we got the call they had got us in and had it fixed. Thanks to the entire team. You guys are amazing.
Absolute life saver! Dave went above and beyond as did their clerk (sorry I did not recall her name but so helpful and made fresh coffee while I waited☺️) i hit a pothole and my tire was not repairable and was uncommon size so unable to find. I needed to get home to Kamloops and Dave solved the issue and got me back on the road with the help of Brad and other staff. THANKS Team!!!
