Overall, had a great experience at Kal Tire though it did not start off great. However, the rest of the staff picked up the slack for her much less than friendly behaviour and I don’t think they deserve a one star review just because of one awful staff member. We got stranded with a flat tire Saturday night. We had to be back in Kelowna for a work event Monday night. Amanda did not seem to care one bit about this. Williams Lakes Kal Tire is number one when it comes to your tires needs. I am always met with professionalism & respect whenever my vehicle needs a bolt or two, or needing my brakes checked. Excellent service at every visit. I recommend Williams Lake Kal Tire to friends and family. It's like having your own pit crew. Great bunch! FYI: Kal Tire also accepts Status so please let them know before you make any tire purchases as they cannot reimburse a day or week later. That's their policy.
Excellent work and great employees
Was sold lug nuts for a tire set and have been coming to this location for over 2 years . Last winter I did my own seasonal tire change at home and noticed 1 lug nut on each front tire stripped, it nearly took me a half hour each side to get them taken off. I then come in for a seasonal tire change on March 20th, and they tell me my rims for my winters are no good now because I was using the wrong lug nuts even though they sold me them and have swapped them over on both sets of tires (summer and winters) for 2 years.
