I brought my truck to Kal Tire for an oil change and asked Corey to check a loud clunk I’d been hearing once in a while. Another shop had just done my brakes, and everyone told me it sounded like a bad transmission. Corey quickly figured out it wasn’t the transmission at all—just the new brakes settling in. Saved me thousands and gave me peace of mind. Honest, friendly, and top-notch service!
Had a flat over the weekend, they took us in first thing in the morning so we could carry on with our trip - rock solid as always
Wonderful experience here, we had a disaster happen with a stripped oil plug on our car, while on a cross country road trip. Despite arriving just before closing on a Friday, Isabella at the front managed to get us into the shop and the mechanics worked past close we wouldn’t be stranded. Couldn’t recommend the service here more

Very pleased with the Williams Lake Kal Tire. I needed a flat repaired so I could go on with my trip. Even though. It was close to closing time, they fit me in & had me on the road quickly so I could get on with my holiday. I've used them for many years & they seem to keep good teams. Thanks
