They gave me the lowest price out of all the contractors I contacted but since they were so highly rated on BBB/NARI I went with them. I was NOT impressed. They NEVER answer the phone, you always have to leave a message and rarely do they actually call back. I had to email them to get a response which was usually 1-2 days later.
