I’m not sure who the front desk lady is but she was rude! And tried to make me pay 250 for a missed appointment when the paper stated 75. Will not be paying them or scheduling anything else! DO NOT SCHEDULE they rough. and they equipment is broken! I should’ve knew it was bad business when I sat in a broken chair & the lady said its normal… NO IT’S NOT .
As always another great experience at Kakouras. Kakouras was recommended to me 9yrs ago when I moved to Charlotte. I highly recommend them
