I have been going to dr. Kakarla and her sister Sureddi for over 25yr and they both were very pleasant and friendly and the staff was always friendly. I’m so sad but I hope they enjoy their retirement. Truly will be missed. Now looking for another doctor I can trust.
I've been visiting this office for over 15yrs....Dr. Kakarla delivered both of my children and the staff there have always been great!!!! I hate that they're closed.
I have been going here for over 10 years and have never had a problem with this office Dr Karkarla and her staff was the best.. enjoy your retirement ❤️
Staff is incompetent and rude. They lack decorum and professionalism. The front office continuously used profanity when speaking to each other and didn’t have the decency to close the front window. The billing coordinator was not knowledgeable regarding health insurance. I would be ashamed to have a staff like this. You work in service/healthcare and lack common people skills. My 10 year old would do a better job.
Rude staff!!!!! I’ve been a patient for over 15 years, called to make an appointment the call disconnected. I called right back and said I would like to make an appointment but the call dropped she didn’t say I’m sorry about that no nothing she proceeded to talk to someone in the background. I asked are you speaking to me and she said what’s your birthday. I told her never mind goodbye. Dr.Kakarla need to get new professional staff such a nice doctor and she’s losing patients for no reason.
