Our whole family were patients of Dr. Lutt's for 10 years, and we really had no issues with her personally. However, increasingly, we've felt the level of personal care has been decreasing. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
