Scraped a car, accepted i did it. Had $3000 in damage to my car, which was not much and his car had a scrape from door to door. he got out, ALONE, got phone numbers exchanged. He drove into the drug dispensary BUT HE and Kajy TRIED to SUE ME for injuries to others in the car!! There WERE NO OTHERS IN HIS CAR!!! And he had No insurance and the police were aware of this driver. My insurance refused to pay. I rest my case.
