Kajik Zaghian arrived promptly and was ready to troubleshoot my issue. He was able to quickly determine my issue and then crawled into a horribly tight crawlspace. Then he left for about an hour, purchased the required parts, put it together properly and installed it very quickly. Also took the time to verify everything went well and gave me all the support I needed. If I have issues in the future I will absolutely reach out to Kaizen again!!!
Kajik literally came to our rescue under short notice when we discovered a clogged sewer line. He was friendly, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and a blessing to us. Kajik did a great job cleaning up trap and opening up the stuck bathroom sinks. He also recommended simple tools from home depot, and noticed a few other issues (non-steel pipes in toilets) that need attention. Very satisfied, will definitely recommend!
