Kajik was great and very reasonably priced
I am so appreciative of the work done by Kaisen after my grandson flushed a dog ball down the toilet. They came back a second day,after I bought a new toilet, and finished the job for the same price. I will be paying higher attention to my grandson during his potty training.
The lady who took my call was rude but the work was really good. I'm happy.
Kajik is very easy to communicate with, professional, always responsive. He showed up no matter how late or how early when my kitchen pipes had issues. Highly recommend!
Kajik Zaghian arrived promptly and was ready to troubleshoot my issue. He was able to quickly determine my issue and then crawled into a horribly tight crawlspace. Then he left for about an hour, purchased the required parts, put it together properly and installed it very quickly. Also took the time to verify everything went well and gave me all the support I needed. If I have issues in the future I will absolutely reach out to Kaizen again!!!
