Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a well equipped facility with friendly and helpful trainers. This gym feels comfortable to walk into and not intimidating like a lot of other gyms. It has a family vibe where everyone is very encouraging. Can’t say enough great things about Kaizen Performance!

Kaizen is awesome for accountability & tailoring to your unique goals. We’ve been going & they’ve also worked out with our 6 year old boy & he Loves It! All the coaches are great! They will help with nutrition guidance as well and help you meet your goals. My favorite thing is they can individualize your workout if you have aches/pains/ old injuries etc and they are So Knowledgeable! And the tailored workouts & coaching help with getting us there!
