I wasn’t aware that this facility operates by appointment only. Before I was even fully inside, I was immediately asked if I had an appointment and informed that they only see clients by appointment. While I understand having that policy, the interaction felt unwelcoming. A friendlier greeting and a brief explanation would have made for a much better first impression.
Nail shops act funny. if you need polish change or Nail fixed. Like they don't want to do it because u didn't get them done there. Or u won't be spending a lot of money. Went today and wanted polish change and gelx nails replaced. They asked why I didn't go back to place that did them. It dont matter your going to get paid for the service. I didn't wanna go back there. Then she said they don't have gelx nails. They didn't want to do my nails that's all! And my mom comes here. She won't anymore
