This is the worst nail salón I have ever been to .My daughter and I visited this place today for the first time, and we had a horrible experience. First, they did my nails 💅 and they are not even ,the design are horrible. At the beginning, they tell you one price, and at checkout, it's another. I am very disappointed 😞 don't throw away your money in this place.

Worst place to get your nails done. they will tell you a prize at the beginning when you come to the store and then at the end they will charge you way too much compared to the price they give you. They will charge you for that little thing that they put in your nails without warn you about it. They don’t even know how to do a full set or even shape your nails. Their service is horrible. For a recent milestone birthday, I treated myself to a French manicure at Kaizen Nail Bar in Seminole, FL. The day before I went to the salon I called to check the pricing and was told a French manicure was $30 and a gel manicure was $50. Prior to having the nail technician begin my manicure, I verified the price and was told a French manicure is $35 and a gel manicure is $50. I had an amazing experience with Anna. I am from out of town and my full set was lifting. I found this salon in the plaza I was shopping in and tested my luck. Anna was upfront with all pricing and made sure I was okay with it before proceeding. Also, she was very gentle while removing the acrylic, especially with the nail I jammed. In my opinion, the best part was the foot massage Anna gave during my pedicure. It was top of the line! If I lived here I would definitely make this my new salon. Horrible, very horrible place and services! If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place, there are so many other nail salons in this area that have more talented and experienced techs! My wife sat with a completely clueless tech for 3 1/2 hours, as she had to redo her nails due to her mistakes. No explanation, sympathy or concern at all from management, just denial!
