Bethany is fantastic. The reservation system/process/confirmation is not great. I book online. Get a confirmation for a time I didn’t book. I have to call to cancel. When I finally have an appointment time I can manage, I am asked multiple times to confirm. It’s frustrating. And if it wasn’t for the actual service providers, this would be a one star.
Today I was extremely impressed with the mini facial I received. The technician was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my visit. High quality products made my skim feel smooth and radiant. Thank you so much for allowing me to experience this service. Highly recommend....
I got a 60 min facial done by Bethany Vasquez, Medical Aesthetician, and it was absolutely amazing! My face felt squeaky clean after and so refreshed. I will certainly come back for more facials. I have also had several massages by Hani Reyad, RMT, that were excellent! He is great on working on problem areas & making you feel like a new person after.
I have been going to Kaizen at the Glen Erin location for the past year and a half for massage and facial and so happy with their service and expertise. Julia was my masseuse n she did an incredible job. I had severe body ache due to the nature of my job n she gave me deep tissue massage n it was so amazing. My facial by Reshana was amazing as well.
